About Lawyer

Julie Settimi is a lawyer at the Oakville Office. She joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in May 2016. Prior to joining Aviva Trial Lawyers, Julie was a member of the insurance defence team at a firm in Hamilton. Julie’s practice has focused on representing Insurers in the areas of motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, social host liability, property damage and product liability. Julie has appeared before the Superior Court of Ontario and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario as well as numerous mediations.

Personal Interests

Julie and her husband balance their careers with two active young children. She enjoys fitness, reading, travel, cooking, and all things Disney. On weekends she can be found at the baseball diamond or the cheerleading gym.
